Sommelier advice:
In carafe, at room temperature half an hour before drinking.
 
Temperament:
Robe: Beautiful garnet, dark glints.
Nose - Bouquet:  Aromas of pepper, spices and very ripe black fruits.
Palate: Complexity with a wide aromatic range of liquorice, blackcurrant and violet.
Length in mouth. A powerful wine dressed in velvet.
Improves in taste with age.
Natural cork stopper.

Winemaking - Le Chai des Vignerons: Harvested at full and great maturity. Destemming and vatting over 60 days for a maximum extraction.

Vineyard and soil: Chalky clay garrigue terraces.
Mediterranean climate, mild Winter, arid and dry Summer.
